Work Permits & Employer

Work authorization support for employers and foreign workers.

Overview

Work permits and work visas open the door to living and earning in Canada. Federal, provincial, and territorial programs target skilled individuals who will strengthen Canada's economy, communities, and culture, each offering specific permits and visas tailored to different needs. We can help you identify the best pathway and secure the right authorization to start your Canadian career with confidence.

Who this is for

A Canadian work permit legally authorizes foreign nationals to work in Canada. It provides employer-specific or open employment, access to Canadian wages, benefits, and protections, and temporary residence. Work experience can significantly boost permanent-residence applications. Permits have conditions and durations; eligibility and pathways vary by program and permit type often.

  • Prepare and submit permit applications.
  • Assist with renewals, extensions, and bridging open work permits while PR is pending.
  • Support family accompaniment, work permits and pathways to permanent residency.
  • Provide representation in communications with IRCC or appeals where needed.
